WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) are usually shipped the same day, unless noted otherwise.

This does not apply to pre-sale / pre-order items, which follow the shipping timeline provided in the product description.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Important:

This same-day policy applies only to general in-stock apparel items.

Kimonos and special releases are excluded and will ship according to the estimated date listed on their product pages.

    Delivery guaranteed 2 business days after your order has shipped.
    Rural locations may require an extra transit day.

    Guaranteed expedited delivery.

Hawaii & Alaska

  • USPS Priority Mail
    Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days (not guaranteed).
    Delivery confirmation provided when available.
    Carrier insurance not included.

Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO/DPO

  • USPS Priority Mail
    Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days (not guaranteed).
    Delivery confirmation provided when available.

Canada & International Destinations

Additional Notes for All Shipments:

  • Delivery dates shown for non-Express/2-Day methods are estimates only.
  • Tracking and insurance availability vary by carrier.
  • Signature delivery is not available; packages may be left at the door if no one is present.
  • International, U.S. territory, and military shipments require customs clearance, which may cause delays.
  • Customers are responsible for all taxes and duties.
  • Orders cannot be marked as “gift” or declared at a lower value.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

We process orders quickly so cancellations must be made immediately after purchase.

Include your order number.

If the order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


CHANGING AN ORDER

Once an order is placed, size and color changes cannot be made.

To modify an order, it will need to be canceled and reordered, provided the cancellation window has not passed.

Choosing an incorrect shipping method or requesting an address change may delay processing and/or result in cancellation.


CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE ORDERS?

No. Due to high order volume, we cannot combine multiple orders once placed.


IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER

If your package does not arrive, contact us right away at info@warriorprogear.com.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping fees for refused or undeliverable packages
  • Reshipping fees if the order needs to be resent
  • Costs associated with incorrect or incomplete addresses

MISSING ITEMS OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives incomplete or damaged:

  1. Email us immediately at info@warriorprogear.com
  2. Do not throw away any packaging
  3. A claim form will be required so we can investigate

CANCELLING A PRE-ORDER

Pre-orders may be canceled on or before the stated deadline.

Cancellations after the deadline:

  • May incur a 10% cancellation fee
  • Refund issued as merchandise credit only
  • No exceptions

WHY MIGHT MY ORDER BE MODIFIED, HELD, OR CANCELED?

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders:

  • Using the same customer name, account, billing/shipping address, credit card, or PayPal account
  • Exceeding purchase limits
  • Using unauthorized discount codes
  • Suspected of being placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors

If changes or cancellations occur, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

EXCHANGES

We accept domestic exchanges only if:

  • Requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Item is unused, unworn, undamaged
  • Item is in original condition and packaging

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

No exchanges on pre-order releases.


RETURNS

We do not accept returns.

Accessories and special-order items are non-returnable.

Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.


PROCESSING

  • Returns/exchanges (when permitted) are processed within 5–10 business days after the item is received.
  • Customers will receive email confirmation once processed.
  • Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

We recommend using tracked and insured shipping.

Warrior Pro Gear is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Damaged packages
  • Missing shipments during transit

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with exchanges or returned/undeliverable packages.

If a refusal or undeliverable package returns with carrier-imposed fees, those fees must be paid before reshipment or will be deducted from any applicable refund.


THIRD-PARTY PURCHASES

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items purchased through third-party retailers.
